- 90-day outbound and lead-qualification pilot
The goalFind the owner audience and message that bring real ownership opportunities, then grow what works.
Many business owners already have operating experience, customers or a location, and are thinking about their next move. This pilot adds targeted outreach to those owners alongside your current inbound leads, with a clear path from first reply to a qualified sales conversation. At the end you have the evidence to expand the strongest approach.
Independent print and copy shops, and existing independent mail and shipping businesses. We confirm both audiences with you before launch. A verified retail-transition audience can replace one of them if its timing, carrier eligibility and economics look stronger.
What owners will seeA short, personal email, then a clear next step.
Each audience gets its own message and its own page. Owners who are interested answer a few questions, so your sales team spends its time on the people who fit.

A shipping counter for your print shop?
Hi Dana, I came across Main Street Print & Copy and wanted to reach out. A number of independent print shops have added pack and ship services to bring more customers through the door.
If you've thought about it, our short fit check takes a few minutes and shows whether it makes sense for your shop.
If not, just let me know and I won't follow up.

A Mega advisor will call you within one business day to talk through your shop and answer your questions.
Pick a time nowSample screens with made-up names to show the idea. Real messages, questions and pages use the audiences, offers and wording Mega approves. Outreach goes out gradually, and each sequence stops the moment someone replies, opts out or is not a fit.

We track contacted businesses, deliverable contacts, positive replies, qualified opportunities, booked and attended consultations, proposals and the sales Mega records. Email opens help us spot problems, but they are not how we measure success.
Our recommendation
One fixed price for the whole pilot.
Everything needed to test two owner audiences: research, pages, the fit check, outreach, CRM tracking and reporting. No automatic renewal and no ongoing management fee.
What the pilot includes
Strategy and targeting
A kickoff workshop, a review of your recent lead outcomes, a shared definition of a qualified opportunity, the two audiences, and written screening criteria for geography, ownership, investment readiness and business fit.
Prospect research
Research and review of up to 400 business records across the two audiences, checked against your customer and opt-out lists. We verify business fit and available owner contacts. Owner email coverage can't be guaranteed.
Campaign pages and fit check
Three landing pages with a shared design: one for each audience and one general page. One shared qualification form with up to eight questions, a confirmation message and a consultation request, built in your current website or marketing platform.
Outreach and follow-up
One email sequence of up to three messages per audience, six messages in all. We set up sending, check addresses, launch gradually, route positive replies to your team and manage the outreach through the pilot.
Measurement and improvement
One CRM pipeline with up to seven stages, source labels, UTMs and one form-to-CRM connection, all tested. Four performance summaries, two rounds of improvements and a final review with a recommended next phase.
Reviews and handoff
Two rounds of consolidated review before launch, one handoff session for your staff, and fixes to anything Matmon built if it doesn't work as it should during the pilot.

How payment works
At kickoff
Half of the pilot, due when we start.
Ready for review
When the pages, outreach and routing are ready for your review.
Final review
Less any unused data and tools allowance.
Spending above the allowance needs your written approval first. No paid media or postage is included. Tax, if any applies, is extra.
Working together
A clear split between what we do and what Mega does.
Fast feedback and quick sales follow-up are what make a 90-day pilot work.
Mega's part
- Website and CRM access, approved brand assets, and customer and opt-out lists
- Available lead outcomes, current package details and carrier eligibility requirements
- One decision maker for feedback, ideally within three business days
- Sales follow-up within one business day, with consultation and proposal outcomes recorded in the pipeline
Not included
- A full website rebuild, a standalone app, or custom CRM or API development
- Historical data cleanup or full ad-account management
- Paid media or CTV, direct mail and video production
- Legal or carrier approvals, and outreach to existing UPS Store franchisees
Added audiences, pages, sequences, revisions, integrations or work after day 90 get their own written scope and price. Mega receives the final campaign copy, page assets, exportable prospect data where vendor rights allow, and the reporting summary. Matmon can't guarantee a specific number of leads, carrier approvals, revenue or sales.
Timeline
Ninety days from kickoff to a clear decision on each audience.
-
Before day 1: sign and start
Sign online and send the first payment. The 90 days begin once kickoff is done and we have the access and assets we need.
-
Days 1 to 15: confirm the offer
Review your lead history and current systems. Confirm your conversion services, investment expectations, site and carrier screening, the two audiences and what counts as qualified.
-
Days 16 to 30: build and prepare
Research the first prospect batches, draft the pages and outreach, and set up the fit check, CRM routing and reporting. Finish the two review rounds and test everything before release.
-
Days 31 to 60: launch and learn
Release the approved outreach gradually, route replies, watch delivery and quality, and refine the messaging or targeting. Performance summaries begin.
-
Days 61 to 90: improve and decide
Finish the approved outreach, document sales progress and hold the final review, with a recommendation to expand, refine or stop each audience.
